Yamaha Motor India launched Aerox 155 version S as a part of their “The Call of the Blue” brand campaign. Yamaha brought version S of the Aerox 155 with a more sporty look and enhanced performance.
Aerox 155 version S Price and Colour:
Yamaha launched the Aerox 155 version S at Rs. 1.51 lakh Ex-showroom price in India. This version S launched with more smart features so it is Rs. 3000 more costlier than its standard version. This smart version of S is available in only two colour options Racing Blue and Silver.
Aerox 155 version S smart key:
Yamaha Aerox 155 version S become more secure and convenient due to the smart key provided. Now like cars and advanced 4-wheelers, Aerox 155 S can be unlocked and start with this hurtsal free smart key.
One more interesting feature of the smart key is you have to push the start button to start the ignition if the key is with you because its proximity sensor will recognize the key is around somewhere.
Yamaha added an answer-back function in this futuristic key. If you can’t find the scooter in the parking area, push the button on the key and the scooter will blink the lights and buzzer sound.
Aerox 155 version S Performance:
Aerox 155 version S comes with a 155 cc 4-stroke, SOHC liquid cold fuel-injected engine with VVA. It produces a power of 11.0 KW/8000r/min and a torque of 13.9 Nm/6500r/min.
It has an advanced Traction Control System to reduce the chances of sleeping of tyres. Its Smart Motor Generator System helps to reduce the sound of machine gears and start the engine silently. Yamaha takes care of consumer’s fuel expenditure. Aerox 155 S is equipped with an automatic stop-and-start system. When the scooter is stopped this system will automatically off the engine and it can be restarted by only twisting the throttle.
Via the Y-connect app, the owner will get a fuel conjunction tracker, last parking location, maintenance recommendations, malfunction notification, ranking while riding with the Yamaha Riders app, eco friendly riding and lots of other features that cannot be displayed on the scooter’s instrument cluster.
Aerox 155 version S features and specifications:
Aerox 155 S has given disc brake with ABS at the front and drum brake at rare. It comes with tubeless tyres and telescopic fork suspension at the front and rear. It has an overall length, width and height of about 1980, 700 and 1150 (in mm) respectively.
The scooter’s seat height is 790 mm and the wheel base is 1350 mm. The company announced that the scooter weighs 126 kg when fully loaded with oil and the 5.5 liter fuel tank.
