Tata Motors launched its much awaited nexon CNG variant. Already the next one is available in the market in petrol and diesel options. The Tata Nexon CNG now provides a comparatively more affordable and fuel-efficient option for consumers. Let’s see the details.
Nexon CNG Price:
The next on CNG is launched in 8 variants and the base variant is priced at Rs. 8.99 lakh (ex-showroom at New Delhi). Below are the Nexon CNG variants and their respective prices:

Nexon CNG Mileage:
The Nexon CNG, powered by Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), offers a mileage of 17.44 km/kg.

The next one CNG is available in 3 colour options- Calgary White, Pure Grey and Flame Red.
Nexon CNG specifications:
The CNG variant comes with an 1199 cc, 3 cylinder, 1.2 L turbocharged engine. It generates 118.2 bhp power at 5500 rpm and 170 Nm torque at 1750 rpm. It comes with a manual transmission and a 5 speed gearbox.
With the twins cylinders, the Noxon CNG has a 44 L fuel tank capacity. The Tata claims that you can achieve 180 kmph top speed with this car. Its antilock braking system has a disc brake at the front and a drum brake at the rear. The dimensions of Nexon CNG are:

As with other petrol and diesel variants, the CNG model also comes with an adjustable LED headlamp, LED taillights and LED fog lamps.
The Nexon CNG Features:
The Tata never compromises with the safety of passengers. The Nexon got 5 star NCAP safety rating in the adult and child categories. It is assembled with Central locking, an Anti-theft alarm, Child safety locks, 6 airbags, a seat belt, Ajar warning traction control and a speed alert.
Also, the safety features include hill assist, ISOPIX child seat mount, speed alert, anti-theft device and engine immobilizer. Along with the top variant of Nexon CNG, you will get the fully optimised ADAS feature.
The top variant Fearless Plus PS equipped with a 10.24 inch touch screen, wireless charging, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support and Bluetooth connectivity. It has an advanced integrated 2DIN audio system with 4 speakers and 4 twitters.
