Jeep launched the Meridian X, especially for urban Lifestyle which provides elegance and premium features with a good driving experience.
Jeep Meridian X comes only in a diesel fuel type and according to ARAI (Automatic Research Association of India), you can get a mileage of 15.7 kmpl. It follows BS V 2.0 emission standards and has a 60 litre fuel tank capacity.
Jeep claimed 198 kmph top speed which is quite good with the diesel engine. Considering the increasing air pollution and high traffic Meridian X added the integrated air purifier. It comes with a dual-channel dash cam at the front and rear. This SUV has footwell lighting which feels luxurious.
In order not to get bored on a long journey it is provided with an HD rear seat entertainment system but it is optional. It has a white underbody light which looks amazing. In terms of safety, Meridian X has an electronic stability control (ESC), a 360 degree camera, and a set of 6 airbags. Like entry level Limited (O) variant, this SUV gets the same 2.0 litre multijet diesel engine which generates 168 BHP and 350 mm.
In additional features, it has a panoramic sunroof, a 10.1-inch touch screen and dual zone AC. Also in the new Meridian X, you will find alloy wheels with grey pockets, side step lighting and a grey roof. Like the Limited (O) variant, Meridian X is also launched in Velvet Red, Techno Metallic Green, Pearl White, Silvery Moon, Galaxy Blue, Magnesio Grey, and Brilliant Black colour options.
Its 1956 cc engine is assembled with either a 9-speed automatic transmission option or a 6-speed manual option. This powerful SUV can go from 0 to 100 km/h in 10.8 seconds. Jeeps Meridian X has a strong rivalry with Ford Endeavour, Skoda Kodiaq and Mg Gloster.
